Ghair Muqallideen Ke Har Chote Bade Maulwi Ka Kehna Hai Ke Taweez Shirk Hai , Apne Is Baat Ko Saabit Karne Ke Liye Un Hazraat Ki Daleel Darj E Zail Hai :

Uqba Bin Aamir Riwayat Karte Hai Ke Nabi SAW Ke  Paas Ek Jamaat Aayi.Nabi SAW Ne Unme Se 9 Se Bait Leli Aur Ek Ko Chor Diya.

Logo Ne Kaha Ke Aye Allah Ke Rasool Aap Ne 9 Se Bait Leli Aur Ek Ko Chor Diya.

Irshaad Farmaaya Ke Usse Isliye Bait Nahi Li Ke Wo Taweez Pahane Huwe Hai.Yeh Sunkar Un Sahaab Ne Haat Andar Daalkar Taweez Tord Daala.

Ab Nabi SAW Ne Unse Bait Leli Aur Farmaaya Ke Jisne Taweez Latkaaya Usne Shirk Kiya. (Musnad  e Ahmed : Jild 28 : Safa 636-637)

Is Hadees ke Matan me Tameemah ke Alfaaz hai , Matan Mulaaheza Farmaaye :

عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْبَلَ إِلَيْهِ رَهْطٌ، فَبَايَعَ تِسْعَةً وَأَمْسَكَ عَنْ وَاحِدٍ، فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، بَايَعْتَ تِسْعَةً وَتَرَكْتَ هَذَا؟ قَالَ: ” إِنَّ عَلَيْهِ تَمِيمَةً ” فَأَدْخَلَ يَدَهُ فَقَطَعَهَا، فَبَايَعَهُ، وَقَالَ: ” مَنْ عَلَّقَ تَمِيمَةً فَقَدْ أَشْرَكَ

Hum Is Masla ko Maante hai Jab ke wo Dam ya Taweez Allah ke Zikr ya Allah ki Kitaab se ho aur Yahi Imam Abu hanifa Rh. ka Farmaan hai. (Kitaab ul Aasaar : 377)

Taweez ke Jawaaz par Ummat ka Ijma hai :

Imam Ibn Hajar Rh. Farmaate hai ke

وَقَدْ أَجْمَعَ الْعُلَمَاءُ عَلَى جَوَازِ الرُّقَى عِنْدَ اجْتِمَاعِ ثَلَاثَةِ شُرُوطٍ أَنْ يَكُونَ بِكَلَامِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى أَوْ بِأَسْمَائِهِ وَصِفَاتِهِ وَبِاللِّسَانِ الْعَرَبِيِّ أَوْ بِمَا يُعْرَفُ مَعْنَاهُ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ وَأَنْ يُعْتَقَدَ أَنَّ الرُّقْيَةَ لَا تُؤَثِّرُ بِذَاتِهَا بَلْ بِذَاتِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى

Ulama ka Ispar Ijma hai ke Dam aur Taweez 3 Sharto ke Saat Jayez hai :

1 – Allah ke Kalaam Yaani Quran se ho Ya Allah ke Asmaa wa Sifaat se ho.

2 – Arabi me ho aur Kisi Ajmi Zubaan me ho Toh Uski Alfaaz ke Ma’ani Maloom ho.

3 – Dam Karna aur Karaane Waale ka Yeh Aiteqaad ke Dam aur Taweez me Ba-Zaatiya Koi Taseer Nahi Balke Mausar e Haqeeqi Sirf Allah hai.

Yeh Dam aur Taweez Sirf Sabab hai. (Fathul Baari : Jild 10 : Safa 195)

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ، بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، وَبِاللَّهِ، مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، قُلْنَا: يَا نَارُ كُونِي بَرْدًا وَسَلَامًا عَلَى إبراهيم، وأرادوا به كيدا، فجعلناهم الأخسرين، اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ جَبْرَائِيلَ، وَمِيكَائِيلَ، وَإِسْرَافِيلَ، اشْفِ صَاحِبَ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ بِحَوْلِكَ وَقُوَّتِكَ وَجَبَرُوتِكَ، إِلَهَ الْحَقِّ آمين

Taweez ke Istemaal ka Sharii Hukum :

Taweez ka Istemaal Jayez hai Is Shart ke Saat Taweez ka Asbaab ke Darje me Rakhe aur Shifa ki Umeed Allah ki Zaat par Ho.

Jaisa Dawaayi ke Masle me Mareez Doctor ya Hakeem se Ruju karta hai aur Uski Bataayi Dawa Istemaal karta hai aur Yeh Samajhta hai ke Dawaayi toh Asbaab hai, Lekin Shifa Dena Allah ke Haat me hai.

Bilkul Isi Tarah Taweez Jab Kisi Marz ke Liye Li Jaaye , Toh Usko bhi Asbaab Samjha jaaye aur Shifa ki Umeed Allah Rabbul Izzat ki Zaat se ho.

Is Aqeedat se Taweez Lena Durust hai.

Warna Agar Yeh Nazariya hojaaye ke Sirf Taweez ki Wajeh se Halaat Durust Hote hai , Toh Yeh Gooya Allah ki Shaan me Gustaaqi aur Bahut Bade Gunah ka Sabab hai.

Isi Tarah Baaz Log Hamesha Taweez Pehente hai , Agar Waqai Kisi Bimaari ya Aur Wajeh ho Toh Koi Harj Nahi hai Lekin Bilaa Kisi Wajeh Usko Hamesha Pehene Rakhna, Achi Baat nahi hai.

Mazeed Tafsilaat ke Liye Ulama se Puche.

Khulaasa e Kalaam :

1 – Taweez aur Cheez hai aur Tameema aur hai.

2 – Taweez ka Istemaal Jayez hai aur Salaf-o-Saleheen se Saabit hai.

3 – Taweez par Quraani Aayaat aur Allah ki Ta’arif wa Asma e Giraami hote hai , Lehaaza Yeh Jayez hai aur Taweez ko Zarurat ke Waqt hi Istemaal karna chahiye.

Mazeed Yeh ke Ummat ko Chahiye ke Aitedaal ka Raasta Ikhtiyaar kare ,Na Deen ke Saabit Shuda Cheez ka Inkaar kare aur Na hi Kisi Masle me Ghulu kare.

Allah Tala Is muqtasar Risaale se Hum Sab ki Islaah kare.

  1. ibne hajar ne ruqa par ijma kaha taweez pahanne par nahi aur muqallid ne taaweez ka mana kis lafz se nikala
    muqallid hamesha ki tarah apne mouqaf ko sabit karne khiyanat aur dajal aur fareb se hi kaam leta hai
