MOTABAR Riwayaat se Saabit hai ke Hazrat Umar Rdh. aur Hazrat Zubair Ibn ul Awwaam Rdh. ko Aurto ka Namaaz ke liye Masjid Jaana Pasand na Tha :

حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: كَانَتِ امْرَأَةٌ لِعُمَرَ تَشْهَدُ صَلاَةَ الصُّبْحِ وَالعِشَاءِ فِي الجَمَاعَةِ فِي المَسْجِدِ، فَقِيلَ لَهَا: لِمَ تَخْرُجِينَ وَقَدْ تَعْلَمِينَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ يَكْرَهُ ذَلِكَ وَيَغَارُ؟ قَالَتْ: وَمَا يَمْنَعُهُ أَنْ يَنْهَانِي؟ قَالَ: يَمْنَعُهُ قَوْلُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لاَ تَمْنَعُوا إِمَاءَ اللَّهِ مَسَاجِدَ اللَّهِ»

Hazrat Abdullah bin Omer Rdh. se Marwi hai ke Unhone Kaha ke

Hazrat Umar Rdh. ki Ek Biwi Isha aur Fajr ke Waqt Masjid Jaakar Jamaat me Shareek hoti thi.

Unse Kaha gaya, Aap (Namaaz ke liye) Masjid Kyun Jaati hai aur Aapke Baher Nikalne par Hazrat Umar Rdh. ko Ghairat Aati hai, Unhone (Yaani Hazrat Umar Rdh. ki Ahliya ne) Jawaab diya (ke Agar Mera Masjid me Jaana Hazrat Umar Rdh. ko Na-Pasand hai) Toh Mujhe Rok dene se Unhe Kya Cheez Ma’ana Kar rahi hai, Unse Guftagu Karne waale ne Kaha : ke Huzur SAW ka Irshaad : Allah ki Bandiyo ko Allah ki Masjido se na Roko.

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ،عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَنَّ عَاتِكَةَ بِنْتَ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍ، وَكَانَتْ تَحْتَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ وَكَانَتْ تَشْهَدُ الصَّلَاةَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، وَكَانَ عُمَرُ يَقُولُ لَهَا: «وَاللَّهِ إِنَّكِ لَتَعْلَمِينَ مَا أُحِبُّ هَذَا»، فَقَالَتْ: وَاللَّهِ لَا أَنْتَهِي حَتَّى تَنْهَانِي قَالَ: «إِنِّي لَا أَنْهَاكِ» قَالَتْ: فَلَقَدْ طُعِنَ عُمَرُ يَوْمَ طُعِنَ، وَإِنَّهَا لَفِي الْمَسْجِدِ

Wazaahat :

Hazrat Umar bin Khattab Rdh. Halaat ke Badalne aur Fitne ke Khauf se Raat me bhi Aurto  ke Masjid Jaane ko Pasanad Nahi Karte the, Jaisa ke In riwayaat se Zaahir hai.

Lekin Hazrat Umar Rdh. ki Ahliya Aatika bint Zaid Rdh. ka Khiyaal tha ke Abhi Halaat Us Darje Nahi Bigharde hai ke Masjid Jaane me Fitne ka Andesha ho.

Isliye wo Apni Zaat aur Raaye par Aitemaad Karte huwe Jamaat me Shareek hoti rahi thi, Lekin Baad me Unhe bhi Ahsaas Huwa ke Ab Masjid Jaakar Namaaz Pardne ka Zamaana Nahi Raha, Toh Unhone Masjid Jaana Tark Kardiya.

“Hazrat Farooq e Azam Rdh. ki Yeh Ahliya Jinka Zikr is riwayat me hai, wo Mashoor Sahabi Saeed bin Zaid Rdh. Jo ke Ashratul Mubash-shara me se hai, Unki Behen Hazrat Aatika bint Zaid Rdh. hai.

Yeh Pehle Hazrat Siddiq e Akbar Rdh. ke Bete Abdullah Rdh. ke Nikaah me thi.

Hazrat Abdullah ki Shahaadat ke Baad Hazrat Umar Rdh. ne Unke Paas Nikaah ka Paighaam Bheja, Hazrat Aatika Rdh. ne 3 Sharto par Apni Raza-mandi Zaahir ki.

1 – Mujhe Zad wa Kaub  Nahi Karoge. [Yaani Mujhe Nahi Maaroge]

2 – Haq baat se Ma’ana Nahi Karoge.

3 – Masjid e Nabawi SAW me Jaakar Isha (aur Fajr) ki Namaaz Aada Karne se Nahi Rokoge.

Hazrat Umar Rdh. ne In Sharto ko Manzoor Karliya aur Unhone Hazrat Aatika Rdh. se Nikaah Karliya.

Aur Hazrat Aatika Rdh. Hazrat Umar Rdh. ki Shaahadat tak Unke Nikaah me rahi.

Hazrat Farooq e Azam Rdh. ki Shahaadat ke baad Hazrat Zubair Ibn ul Awwaam Rdh. Jo ke Ashraftul Mubashrah me hai, Unhone Hazrat Aatika Rdh. ke paas Nikaah ka Paighaam Bheja, Hazrat Aatika Rdh. ne Unko bhi wahi 3 Sharto ke Saat Apni Raza-mandi Zaahir ki.

Hazrat Zubair Rdh. ne bhi Un Sharto ko qubool kiya aur Unse Nikaah Karliya.

Hazrat Aatika Mamool ke Mutaabiq Masjid Jaakar Namaaz ba-Jamaat Aada Karne ka Iraada kiya, Toh Yeh Baat Hazrat Zubair Rdh. par Shaaq Guzri [Yaani Unko Bura Laga], Jispar Hazrat Aatika Rdh. ne Kaha :

Kya Iraada hai ?

(Yaani Shart ki Khilaaf arzi Karke) Kya Aap Mujhe Masjid Jaane se Rokna Chaahte hai.

Imam Bukhari Rh. ki JARAH ka Jawaab :

Imam Bukhari Rh. Farmaate hai ke Unke bare me Khamoshi Ikhtiyaar ki gayi.

Al – Jawaab :

Yeh JARAH bhi Ahlehadeeso ke Usool ki Rooshni me MARDOOD hai.

Raf-ul-yadain ki riwayat ke Ek Raavi par Imam Ibn Abi Haatim Rh. ne JARAH Karte huwe Kaha ke Usme Kalaam kiya gaya hai.

Iska Jawaab Dete huwe Zubair ali Zai Sahaab Kehte hai ke

Ibn Abi Haatim ka Qaul ‘Usme Kalaam Kiya gaya’ Kai Lehaaz se MARDOOD hai.

Uski Wujuhaat Bayaan karte huwe Kehte hai ke

I – Yeh JARAH Ghair Mufassar hai.

II – Uska JAAREH Na-Maloom hai. (Yaani Kisne Kalaam Kiya hai, Uska Zikr Nahi hai).

Zubair Ali Zai Sahaab ke Jawaab ki Rooshni me Imam Bukhari Rh. ki Yeh JARAH ke ‘ Unke bare me Khamoshi Ikhtiyaar ki gayi’ ka JAWAAB bhi SUNLE :

1 – Yeh JARAH GHAIR Mufassar hai, Kyunke Kis Wajeh se Khamoshi Ikhtiyaar Kiya gayi Uska ZIKR Nahi hai.

2 – Uska JAAREH Na-Maloom hai (Yaani Kisne Khamoshi Ikhtiyaar ki, Uska bhi Aata Pata Nahi hai).

Algarz Yeh JARAH bhi Ghair Muqallido ke Apne Usoolo ki Rooshni me MARDOOD hai.

Aur SAABIT huwa Khususan Ahlehadees Hazraat ke Usool ki Rooshni me, ke Muhammed Ibn ul Mujabbar Rh. SIQA hai aur Unpar Koi JARAH Ghair Mufassar Nahi hai, Jinse Unka Zaeef Hona SAABIT ho.

8 – Imam Zaid bin Aslam Rh. Al Mutawaffa 136 Hij. Saheehain ke Raavi hai aur SIQA, AALIM hai. (Taqreeb : Raqm 2117)
