Aurto’n Ki Namaz Ka Islami Tareeqah:

Mohtaram Baraadaraan-E-Islam.! Shari’at Islami Ke Ahkaam Par Amal Karna Jis Tarah Mardo’n Par Farz Hai Waise Hi Aurto’n Par Bhi Farz Hai. Insano Ki Ye Dono Sanafei’n Aksar Ahkaam Me Yaksaa’n Aur Barabar Hain Lekin Mard-O-Aurat Ke Darmyan Jo Khalqi, Jismani Wa Tib’i Farq Hai, Iska Lihaaz Rakhte Hue Islam Ne Apne Ba’z Ahkaam Me Mard-O-Aurat Ke Darmyan Kuch Farq Rakha Hai.

Isi Tarah Namaz Ke Bhi Aksar Ahkaam Me Mard-O-Aurat Dono Barabar Hain Lekin Kuch Ahkaam Me Dono Ke Darmiyaan Kuch Farq Hai, Jo Ahadees Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) Aur Aasaar Sahaba (Raz.) Se Sabit Hai.

Lekin Aaj Ke Ghair Muqallideen Hazraat Bohat Saare Masaa’il Ki Tarah Is Masla’h Me Bhi Jam’hoor Ummat Aur Khud Apne Akabireen Buzrugo Ki Mukhalifat Kar Rahe Hain.

Maujuda Ghair Muqallideen Ek Hadees Shareef “Namaz Us Tarah Parho, Jis Tarah Mujhe Parhte Dekhte Ho.” [Sahih Bukhari] Ka Ghalat Matlab Nikaal Kar Ye Propaganda Kar Rahe Hain Ke Mard-O-Aurat Ki Namaz Me Koi Farq Nahi Hai.

Sawaal Ye Hai Ke Agar Is Hadees  Se Mard-O-Aurat Ki Namaz Me Koi Farq Nahi Hai To Phir Charo’n Maslako’n Me Farq Kyon Bayan Kiya Gaya Hai.?

Kya 14 vi Sadi Ke Ghair Muqallideen Hi Ko Is Hadis Ka Matlab Samajh Me Aaya Aur Inse Pehle Kisi Ko Hatta Ke Unki Hi Jama’t Ke Buzrugo’n Ko Bhi Sahih Matlab Ma’loom Nahi Hua.?

Sahih Bukhari Ki Mash’hoor Shuroohaat Ibne Hajar, Ibne Battal, Allamah Aini (Rah.) Waghera Ne Likhi Hain Par Kisi Ne Is Hadis Ka Ye Matlab Kyon Nahi Bayan Kiya.?

Dar Haqeeqat Sahih Baat Yehi Hai Ke Mard-O-Aurat Ki Namaz Me Kuch Farq Hai Aur Mard-O-Aurat Ko Waisi Namaz Parhni Chahiye Jaisa Ke Unko Shari’at Me Bataya Gaya Hai.

Farq Ko Waazeh Karne Waali Rivaayaat:

1. Jaleel ul Qadr Tabii Yazeed Bin Habeeb (Rah.) Se Rivayat Hai Ke Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ka 2 Aurto par Guzar Huwa Jo Namaz Padh Rahi Thi , Aap SAW ne Farmaya : Jab Tum Sajda Karo Toh Jism ka Kuch Hissa Zameen se Chipka Diyaa Karo , Kyunke Aurat Is Masle me Mard ki Tarah Nahi hai.(Marasil e Abu Dawud : 8)

2. Hazrat Ali (Raz.) Ne Farmate hai ke Jab Aurat Sajda Kare Toh Samet Jaaye aur Apni Raano ko Milaale.(Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba : 504/2 ,Sunan e Kubra , Musannaf Abdur Razzak ] Muhaddis e Kabeer Alama Zafer Ahmed Usmani Rh. Farmaate Hai:Yeh Riwayat Hasan Darje ki Hai.(A’aa Al Sunan : 182/2).

3. Hazrat Umm Darda Rdh. Apne Kaandho Tak Uthaati Thi.(Juz e Rafedain : Safa 66 , Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaiba) Fuqaha wa Muhaddiseen Rehmaullah ke Nazdeek Is Riwayat ki rooshni me Aurat ke Liye Kaandho tak Haat Utaana Behtar Kyunke isme Satar aur Parda Zyada Paaya Jaata hai aur Muslim Shareef ki Hadees ki bunyaad par mardo ke liye kaano tak haat utaana sunnat hai.

4. Hazrat Ibn Umar Rdh. Farmaate hai ke : Rasoolullah SAW ke Mubarak Zamaane me Aurto ko Hukum Diya Gaya ke Wo (Namaz me) Sareen ke Bal Zameen par Baithe(Mardo ki Tarah Pairo par Na Baithe).(Jaami Al Saaneed : 400/1) Yeh hadees imam e azam abu hanifa rh. ki musnad me saheeh sanad ke saat hai aur musaaneed imam e azam ummat ke nazdeek qaabil e aaitemaad hai.(Tafseel ke Liye Dekhiye A’aalaa ul Sunan).

5. Ibne Umar (Raz.) Se Marfooan Naqal Kiya Gaya Hai Ke Aurat Jab Sajdah Kare To Apne Peit Ko Raano Se Chipka Le. [Ibne A’adi]

6. Jaleel ul Qadr Tabii Hazrat Ata’ (Rah.) Farmate Hain: Rukoo’ Karte Waqt Aurat Sukad Kar Rahe, Apne Hatho’n Ko Dauran Rukoo’ Peit Tak Uthaaye Rakhe Jitna Ho Sakta Hai Apne Badan Ke Aizaa Ko Ek Doosre Se Chimtaaye Rakhe Aur Jab Sajdah Kare To Apne Hath Peit Se Mila Kar Rakhe. [Musannaf Abdur Razzaq]

Inke Alawah Mujahid, Hasan Basri, Qatadah, Ibrahim Naqa’i Waghera Jaleelo Qadar Taba’een Rehmaullah Se Bhi Mardo’n Aur Aurto’n Ki Namaz Me Farq Bataane Wali Rivayat Naqal Ki Gayi Hain.

In Rivaayaat Se Saaf Waazeh Hua Ke Mard-O-Aurat Ki Namaz Me Kuch Farq Hai Aur Aurto’n Ko Namaz Ke Dauraan e Satar Aur Pardah Ka Ahtemaam Karte Hue Simat Kar Namaz Ke Arkaan Bajaa Laane Chahiye. Aurto’n Ki Namaz Ka Tareeqah Batlaane Wali In Mazkoorah Baala Rivaayaat Par Chand Tarah Ke Aaitrazaat Karte Hain. Lekin Usool Hadis Ki Roshni Me Wo Aaiterazaat Durust Nahi Hain.
