Ghair Muqallideen ke Ulama ne yeh Dawa kiya ke Wazu se Pehle Bismillah Padhna Waajib hai aur Uska Wazu Nahi, Jisne Bismillah Nahi Padha aur Apne Dawa par Dalaail Pesh kiye hai. (Hadees aur Ahle Taqleed : Jild 1)

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَا وُضُوءَ لَهُ، وَلَا وُضُوءَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى عَلَيْهِ»

Sanad :

Imam Abu Dawud Rh. — > Musa bin Muhammed Rh. — > Yaqub bin Salama Rh. — > Unke Waalid [Salama Rh.] — > Abu hurairah Rdh. — > Rasoolullah SAW.

Matan :

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Rdh. Farmaate hai ke Rasoolullah SAW ne Irshaad Farmaaya ke Us Shaks ki Namaz Nahi hoti Jiska Wazu nahi aur Us Shaks ka wazu nahi Jo Allah ka Naam Nahi Leta.

Imam ke Peeche Fatiha Padhne ke Masla par Hazrat Ubaada Rdh. ki (Abi Dawud, Tirmizi ki) riwayat ka Mudallal Jawaab.

Ghair muqallideen Muqtadi ko Fatiha Padhne ko Waajib saabit karne ke liye, Hazrat Ubaada bin Saamit Rdh. Ki Ek riwayat Pesh karte hai, Jo ke Darj e zail :

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ: كُنَّا خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ فَقَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَثَقُلَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْقِرَاءَةُ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ قَالَ: «لَعَلَّكُمْ تَقْرَءُونَ خَلْفَ إِمَامِكُمْ» قُلْنَا: نَعَمْ هَذًّا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: «لَا تَفْعَلُوا إِلَّا بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ بِهَا»

Sanad :

Imam Abu Dawud Rh. — > Abdullah bin Muhammed An Nufaili Rh. — > Muhammed Ibn Salama Rh. — > Muhammed bin Ishaq Rh. — > Makhool Rh. — > AN Mahmooh bin Rabii Rh. — >Ubaada bin Saamit Rdh. — > Rasoolullah SAW.

Matan :

Is riwayat ka Khulaasa yeh hai ke Rasoolullah SAW ne (Sahaba Rdh.) se Farmaaya : ke shahed Tum Imam ke Peeche Qirat Karte h0 ?

Humne (Sahaba Rdh.) ne Farmaaya ke Ya Rasoolullah ! Hum Jaldi Jaldi Padhte hai.

Rasoolullah SAW ne Farmaaya : Sirf Sureh Fatiha Padha Karo, Kyunke Uske Be-ghair Namaz Nahi Hoti aur kuch na Padho.

Sajda e Sahu ka Salaam Phairne ke baad Tashahud Padhne ki Daleel :

Baaz Ghair Muqallideen ne yeh bhi Aiteraaz kiya hai ke Ahnaaf ka Yeh jo amal hai ke Sajde Sahu ke Baad Tashahud Padhne ka hai aur Phir Salaam Phairte hai, Iski Koi Daleel Maujood Nahi hai.

Al – Jawaab :

Unka yeh Aiteraaz Sirf Jhoot hai, Sajde Sahu ke baad Tashahud Padhne ki Daleel Mulaheza Farmaaye :

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَشْعَثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلاَبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى بِهِمْ فَسَهَا، فَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ تَشَهَّدَ، ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ.

Sanad :

Imam Tirmizi –> Muhammed bin Yahiya Rh. –> Muhammed bin Abdullah Al Ansaari Rh. –> Al Ash’at –> Ibn Sireen Rh. –> Khalid Rh. –> Abi Qilaaba Rh. –>Abi Muhalab Rh. –> Imraan bin Hussain Rdh. –> Huzur SAW.

Matan :

Hazrat Imraan bin Hussain Rdh. Se riwayat hai ke (Ek Martaba) Huzur SAW ne Sahaba kiraam Rdh. Ko Namaz Padhaayi, Aapko Sajde Sahu hogaya, Aap ne Sajde Sahu kiye, Phir Tashahud Padhi, Phir Salaam Phaira.

Abu zaid zameer Sahaab ne Imam Maalik Rh. Al Mutawaffa 179 Hij. ka Qaul Pesh kiya hai, ke Allah tala Aasmaan par hai aur uska Ilm Har Jagah hai, Koi Jagah Aisi Nahi jo Uske Ilm ke a-haate se Khaali ho, Imam Maalik Rh .ke Is Qaul ka Tafseelan Jawaab Mulaaheza Farmaaye :

Al – Jawaab no 1 :

Yeh Ibaarat Hamaare Aqeede ke Khilaaf Nahi hai, Kyunke Hamaara Aqeeda hai ke Allah Tala Arsh par bhi aur Arsh ke alaawa [Zameen wa Aasmaan] me bhi hai.

Lehaaza Yeh Daleel Ghair Muqallideen ki Nahi hai, Kyunke Unka Dawa hai ke

Allah tala SIRF Arsh par hai,

ya Baaz Kehte hai ke Allah Arsh par hai : Arsh ke Alaawa Nahi hai.

aur Kuch Log Yu bhi Kehte hai ke Allah Tala Kahi bhi Nahi hai Siwaaye Arsh ke.

Lekin Imam Malik Rh. ke Is Qaul se Allah tala ka Aasmaan me hona Saabit Hota, Jo ke Khud Ghair Muqallideen ke Dawa ke Khilaaf hai Jo ke Jawaab no 3 ke Tahet Aaraha hai.

Saat hi saat Iski bhi Saraahat [Imam Maalik Rh. ke Qaul me] Nahi hai, ke Allah Tala AASMAAN YA ARSH KE ALAAWA KAHI BHI NAHI HAI.

Kyunke Ghair Muqallideen Kehte hai ke Allah Tala Arsh par hai, Uska Alaawa Nahi hai.

Hamaari Abu zaid zameer aur Ghair Muqallideen se Guzaarish hai ke Allah tala ke Arsh pe Hone ki Daleel na de, Usko Hum bhi Maante hai ke Allah tala Arsh par hai.

Daleel Is baat ki chahiye, ke Allah tala SIRF Arsh par hai ya SIWAAYE Arsh ke Kahi Nahi hai.

Ghair Muqallideen Allah ki Sifat ke Saat Yeh Jo SIRF, SIWAAYE Lagaate,

USKI DALEEL CHAHIYE.

aur Allah ka SIRF Arsh par Hona Imam Maalik Rh. ke Is Qaul se Waazeh Nahi hai.

Lehaaza Isse Istedlaal Karna BAATIL wa MARDOOD hai.

Al – Jawaab no 2 :

Abu zaid Zameer Sahaab ne Imam Maalik Rh. ka Qaul Seer Alamun Nubula ke Hawaale se Naql kiya hai.

Seer Alamun Nubula me Imam Zehbi Rh. Al Mutawaffa 748 Hij. Farmaate hai ke

وَرَوَى عَبْدُ اللهِ بنُ أَحْمَدَ بنِ حَنْبَلٍ فِي كِتَابِ “الرَّدِّ عَلَى الجَهْمِيَّةِ” لَهُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا سُريج بنُ النُّعْمَانِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بنِ نَافِعٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ مَالِكٌ: اللهُ فِي السَّمَاءِ، وَعِلْمُهُ فِي كُلِّ مَكَانٍ لاَ يَخْلُو مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ.

Aiteraaz :

Tauseef ur Rehman Sahaab Kehte hai ke

Ek Dost ne Mujhe Bataaya ke Ek Khataat [Likhne Waala] Lucknow ka jab wo subaah aakar Dukaan Kholta toh Sabse pehle Rasoolullah SAW par Durood Shareef Pardta aur us Durood ko Likh Lete.

Uski Maut ka Waqt Aaya, toh pareshaan hogaya ke pata nahi Agle Jahaan me Kya hone waala hai, Ek Majzoob baba Nikla aur Kehna laga “baba kyun Ghabraata hai, wo Jo Roz Durood Likhta tha, wo Rasoolullah ke Darbaar me Pesh hogaya, TERI NAJAAT KA FAISLA HORAHA HAI.”

Aur Phir Kehte hai ke

“ Yeh Ghaib ki Khabar Majzoob ko Kaise Milgayi”.
