حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ، ثنا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ وَأَبُو خَالِدٍ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدَ عَنِ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أُسَيْرِ بْنِ جَابِرٍ الْمُحَارِبِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ: لَعَلَّكُمْ تُقِرُّونَ؟ قُلْنَا: نَعَمْ قَالَ: أَلا تَفْقَهُونَ؟ مالكم لَا تَعْقِلُونَ؟ وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ.

Toh Ibn Masood Rdh. ne Farmaaya : Kya tum Samjh Nahi Rakhte ho, Tumhe kya hogaya ke Tum Aqal se Kaam Nahi Lete, Jab Quraan Padha Jaaye toh tum Kaan lagaakar Ghaur se Sune aur Khamosh raho, Taake Tum par rahem kiya jaaye.

Ghair muqallideen Muqtadi ko Fatiha Padhne ko Waajib saabit karne ke liye, Hazrat Ubaada bin Saamit Rdh. Ki Ek riwayat Pesh karte hai, Jo ke Darj e zail :

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ: كُنَّا خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ فَقَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَثَقُلَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْقِرَاءَةُ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ قَالَ: «لَعَلَّكُمْ تَقْرَءُونَ خَلْفَ إِمَامِكُمْ» قُلْنَا: نَعَمْ هَذًّا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: «لَا تَفْعَلُوا إِلَّا بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ فَإِنَّهُ لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ بِهَا»

Is riwayat ka Khulaasa yeh hai ke Rasoolullah SAW ne (Sahaba Rdh.) se Farmaaya : ke shahed Tum Imam ke Peeche Qirat Karte h0 ?

Humne (Sahaba Rdh.) ne Farmaaya ke Ya Rasoolullah ! Hum Jaldi Jaldi Padhte hai.

Rasoolullah SAW ne Farmaaya : Sirf Sureh Fatiha Padha Karo, Kyunke Uske Be-ghair Namaz Nahi Hoti aur kuch na Padho.

Halaake Imam Ke Peeche Muqtadi Ko Quraan Nahi Padhna Chahiye  Yeh Quraan E Majeed Aur Saheeh Hadeeso Se Rooz Raushan  Ki Tarah Wazeh Aur Saabit Hai.Huzur Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Muqtadiyo Ko Khamosh Baitne Ka Saaf Aur Wazeh Hukum Diya , Kai Sahaba Ikraam Rdh.  , Tabien E Izaam Aur Salaf E Saleheen Rh. Se Bhi Yahi Saabit Hai Ke Imam Ke Peeche Muqtadiyo Ko Surah Fatihaa Aur Dusra Surah Padhna Zaruri Aur Laazmi Nahi Hai.Balke Muqtadi Ko Khamosh Rehna Chahiye.Namoone Ke Taur Par Chand Dalail Zikar Kiye Jaate Hai.

Farmate Hai Ke Yeh Sunkar Sahaba Rdh.  Ne Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Peeche Qirat Karna Chor Diya.(Musnad E Ahmed 340/5) Isi Tarah Ki Rivayat Muatta Imam Malik Safa 29 Par Bhi Hai.Is Hadees Ki Saheeh Sanad Hai Aur Baaz Hazraat Is Hadees Ke Upar Aiteraazaat Kiye Hai. Usool E Jhadees Ki Rooshni Me Ek Aiteraaz Bhi Saheeh Nahi Hai.(Tafseel Ke Liye Dekhe: Majmua Rasail-O-Maqaalaat 216/2)

Hadees Number 6:

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Rdh. Bayaan Farmaate Hai Ke Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ne Irshaad Farmaya: Har Wo Namaaz Jisme Surah Fatihaa Na Padhi Jaye Wo Naaqis Hai Siwai Uske Jo Imaam Ke Peeche Padhi Jaye.(Kitaabul Qiraat Lil Baihaqi Safa No: 546 , Hadees : 424) Iski Sanad Saheeh Hai.

Hadees Number 7:

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar Radhi Allahu Anhu Se Jab Pucha Jaata Ke Kya Koi Imaam Ke Peeche Qirat Karsakta Hai ? Toh Hazrat Ibn Umar Rdh. Jawaab Dete Ke Jab Koi Shaks Imaam Ke Peeche Namaz Padhe Toh Usko Imaam Ki Qirat Kaafi Hai Aur Jab Akele Namaaz Padhe Toh Qiraat Kare , Raavi Kehte Hai Ke Abdullah Bin Umar Rdh. Imaam Ke Peeche Qirat Nahi Karte The.(Muwatta Imam Malik Safa:68) Yeh Riwayat Ala Darje Ki Saheeh Hai.

Hazrat Aata Rahmatullahi Alai Sahabi E Rasool Hazrat Zaid Bin Saabit Radhi Allahu Anhu Se Imaam Ke Peeche Qirat Ke Bare Me Pucha Toh Aap Radhi Allahu Anhu Ne Farmaya: Imaam Ke Saat Kisi Bhi Namaz Me Qirat Nahi Karna Chahiye.(Saheeh Muslim Sharif : 215/1 , Hadees 577 )

Bukhari Shareef Ki Hadees Ka Saheeh Matlab

Bukhari Shareef Ki Hadees Me Aaya Hai Ke Jo Shaks Namaz Me Surah Fatiha Na Padhe Uski Namaz Nahi Hoti.Aaj Kal Ghair Muqallideen Ahle Hadees Hazraat Bhoole Bhaale Kami Ilm Namaziyo Ko Yeh Hadees Dikhaa Kar Pareshaan Kar Rahe Hai , Agar Ghair Muqallideen Hazraat Is Hadees Ke Sahi Matlab Se Waaqif Hote Toh Aisa Harghiz Na Karte.

Is Hadees Ka Matlab Bayaan Karte Huve Sahabi-E-Rasool Hazrat Jabir Rdh. Farmaate Hai:Jis Shaks Ne Surah Fatiha Ke Be-Ghair Koi Namaaz Padhi Uski Namaz Nahi Huvi Magar Yeh Ki Wo Imam Ke Peeche Ho(Yaani Yeh Hadees Muqtadi Ke Liye Nahi Hai ). (Tirmizi:71/1 : Hadees 313 , Muwatta Imam Malik: 28) Imam Tirmizi Rh. Farmaate Hai Ke Yeh Hadees  Hasan E Saheeh Hai.

Hazrat Imam Ahmed Bin Hambal Rh. Aur Hazrat Sufiyaan Suri Jaise Akaabir Muhaddiseen Farmaate Hai Kebukhari Shareef Ki Yeh Hadees Tanhaa Aur Akele Namaz Padhne Wale Ke Liye Hai.( Abu Dawud Safa:132 , Hadees 866 , Al Mughni Laa Ibn Qudama).

Muwafiq Ibn Qudama Ne Iski Tafseel Imam Ahmed Rh. Ke Hawale Se Yu Naqal Ki Hai: Imam Ahmed Rh. Farmaate Hai Ke Humne Ahle Islaam Me Kisi Ka Yeh Qaul Nahi Suna Ke Jab Imam Jehri Qirat Kare Aur Muqtadi Qirat Na Kare Toh Muqtadi Ki Namaz Saheeh Nahi Hogi.Imam Ahmed Rh. Ne Farmaya: Yeh Nabi E Karim Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Sahaba Rdh. Wa Tabien Hai, Yeh Ahle Hijaaz Me Imam Malik Rh. Hai Yeh Ahle Iraaq Me Sufiyaan Suri Hai , Yeh Ahle Shaam Me Imam Auzaai Rh. Hai ,Yeh Ahle Misr Me Imam Lees Rh Hai.Inme Kisi Ne Yeh Fatwa Nahi Diya Ke Jab Imam Qirat Kare Aur Muqtadi Na Kare Toh Muqtadi Ki Namaz Baatil Hojati Hai.(Al Mughni 606/1).

Is Tafseel Se Yeh Maloom Huwa Ke Bukhari Shareef Ki Is Hadees Ka Talluq Imam Aur Munfarid ( Akele Padhne Waale ) Se Hai Muqtadi Se Nahi.

Se Muslim Shareef Me Saabit Hai Ke Imaam Ke Peeche Kisi Bhi Namaz Me Qirat Nahi Karna Chahiye.Hazrat Jabir Rdh. Se Bhi Isi Tarah Ka Manqool Hai Aur Hazrat Ali Rdh. , Hazrat Ibn Masood Rdh.
