4:- Is QauL ko Parkar MaLoom hota hai ke ye Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ke IntiqaL ke Baad ka Waqia hai,  Kyonki Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a se ye QauL NaqaL Karne waLe Hazrat Abu Tauba Rabi’i Bin Naf’e r.a hain aur wo 150 ke Lagbhag peda hue hain Jaisa ke Imam Zahabi r.a Siar A’aLamin NubaLa 653/10 me Likha hai , agar Rabi’i Bin Naf’e r.a ne 20 SaaL ki Umar ye QauL Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a se Suna to iska MatLab ye 170 Hijri ka Waqia hai,  Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ke IntiqaL ke 20 SaaL Baad. aur Agar Ye Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ki Zindigi ka Waqia Hota to Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a Khud Is Kitab ki Tasdeeq Unse Karte ke Kya Aapne Aisi Kitab Likhi hai … Lekin Tarikh ki Kitabon me aisa Kuch nahi miLta… Ab Yahan ye Baat Ghaur Karne ke Layaq hai ke Jo Kitab Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ki Zindigi me Kabhi Samne nahi aayi wo Achanak Unke IntiqaL ke 20 SaaL Baad Achanak Kaise Manzar Aam par aa gayi.

5:- Agar ye Waqie Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ki Kitab hoti to Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ke MukhaLifeen Is Mauqe ko kabhi Hath se nahi Jane dete aur Is Kitab ki Wajah se Unpar MaLamat Karte,  Lekin Kitabon me Aisa Koi Waqia nahi miLta , Iska MatLab ye Kitab Sabit hi nahi.

6:- Sabse Aham Baat As’hab Imam Abu Hanifa r.a me se Koi bhi Is Kitab ko Riwayat nahi Karta. Khaskar Imam Abu Yusuf r.a , Imam Zufar r.a , Imam Muhammad Bin Hasan r.a se Iska Koi Suboot nahi MiLta … BaLki Imam Muhammad Bin Hasan r.a se Is Kitab ki Tardeed Mojood hai … Jaisa ke Imam Zahabi r.a ne Apni Kitab Manaqib Abi Hanifa r.a wa Sahibahi Abi Yusuf r.a wa Muhammad bin Hasan r.a me ( Imam Tahawi r.a ki Kitab se ) Sahih Sanad se Imam Muhammad Bin Hasan r.a se NaqaL Kara ke  Unhone Farmaya Ye Kitab yani کتاب الحیل Hamari Kitabon me se Nahi … Isme Kisi Bahar WaLe ( Anjaan Shakhs ) ne Baten NaqaL Kar di hain… ( Manaqib Abi Hanifa r.a 85 )

Yahan ye Baat QabiL e Ghaur hai ke Imam Muhammad Bin Hasan r.a ne ye nahi Kaha ke کتاب الحیل meri Kitab nahi BaLki Kaha ke Ye Hamari Kitab nahi,  Yani Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ke Sath Unke Deegar Shagirdon ki Taraf se bhi Nafi Kardi…

Agarche Is QauL ke Akhir me Hazrat Ahmad bin Abi Imran r.a ne Is Kitab ko Imam IsmaiL bin Hammad bin Abi Hanifa r.a ka kaha hai Lekin unki Taraf is Kitab ko Mansoob karna Sahih nahi Kyonki ye Kitab na Imam Abu Hanifa r.a se Sabit hai aur na hi Imam IsmaiL r.a se Sabit hai.

7:- Imam AbduL Qadir Qurshi r.a ne bhi Imam Abu SuLeman Jozjani r.a ka QauL NaqaL Ke unhone Farmaya ke Log Imam Muhammad r.a ke bare me Jhoot kehte hain. کتاب الحیل unki Kitab nahi ye kisi Warraq ( NaqaL Karne waLe ) ne NaqaL ki hai … ( AL Jawahar uL Muziyah )

8:- Bohot Mumkin hai Ke Kisi BatiL Firqe waLe ne Ye kitab Likhkar Imam Abu Hanifa r.a aur Unke As’hab ki Taraf Iski Nisbat Kardi ho … Kyonki Jab Logon ke Jhoot se Huzoor a.s ki Zaat Mahfooz nahi ( Log Jhooti Ahadees Bayan Karke Uski Nisbat Huzoor a.s ki Taraf kar dete hain ) to Imam Abu Hanifa r.a isse Kaise Mahfooz Ho Sakte hain…

9:- Ye Kitab Aaj Mojood nahi Lekin Fiqah Hanfi ALhamduLiLLaah Mojood hai,  Koi hai jo DaLaiL ki Roshni me Sabit Kare ke Fiqah Hanfi ka Ye Mas’aLa Kufr hai ya Imam Abu Hanifa r.a se sabit kare ke Unhone ALLaah ki HaLaL karda Cheezon ko Haram aur Haram ko HaLaL Kar diya hai ?

10:- Ab Aate Hain Iski Sanad par jo ke Imam Khatib Baghdadi r.a ne NaqaL Kari hai, کتاب الحیل ko KhaLaf bin Bayan se Riwayat Karta hai Muhammad Bin Bishr Abu AbduLLaah . Iske ALawa Abu Tayyab Muhammad bin Hussain bin Humed ( Jinpar Khud KaLam hai ) ne ye Kitab 258 Hijri me Muhammad bin Bishr se Suni,  Ab Agar Muhammad bin Bishr ne ye Kitab agar 50 SaaL PehLe bhi KhaLf bin Bayan se Suni aur KhaLf bin Bayan ne 50 SaaL PehLe Imam Abu Hanifa r.a se ise Riwayat kiya?

To Iska MatLab Kya Unke IntiqaL ke bad ye Kitab Riwayat ki Gayi ?

In Tamam HawaLon ke Baad Shaikh uL IsLam Imam Ibn Taimiyah r.a ka QauL bhi Jaan Lete hain:

Aur ye Jayaz  nahi ke wo HeeLe jo Muttafiqah taur par Haram hain ya Kufriya hain Unki Nisbat A’ima MusLimeen me se kisi ki taraf ki jaye. aur jo Kisi Imam ki Taraf Aise HeeLon ki Nisbat karta hai to wo Is SiLsiLe me Khatawar hai aur Fuqaha ke UsooL se JahiL ( La ILm ) hai. Kuch aage Likhte hain ( Aise HeeLon ki Wajah se ) B’az A’ima ki Janib Takfeer wa Tafseeq ki Nisbat hoti hai aur ye Jayaz nahi. ( Fatawa AL Kubra 85/6 )

Yahan Wo Wajah Na MaLoom hai ke Kis Buniyad par Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a ne Aisa Kaha,  Kyonki Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a ki Zindigi Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ki Tareef karne me Guzar Gayi,  Wo to Koi Baat bhi Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ke KhiLaf nahi Sunte the,  aur Achanak Unki Ahadees ko Mitane ka Hukm den to ye Baat Sochne par Majboor Karti hai ke Akhir Aisa Kyon Kaha Gaya… Lekin Wo Wajah hi MaLoom nahi…

5:- Doosre Muhaddiseen Jab Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ka ya Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a ka Tazkira Karte hain to Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a ko Imam Abu Hanifa r.a se Riwayat Karne waLa Batate hain,  Tark Karne ka Zikr nahi Karte. Jiski Tafseel Aage Aayegi.

6:- Sabse Aham Baat As’hab Ibn Mubarak r.a me Hamare ILm ke Mutabiq Koi bhi Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a ka Imam Abu Hanifa r.a ko Tark Karne ki Baat NaqaL nahi Karta… Yani jo Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a ke Regular Students hain Unme se Koi Tark ki Baat NaqaL nahi Karta Siwae Ibrahim bin Shammas r.a aur Ibrahim Bin Shammas r.a Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a ke Regular Student nahi.

Ab koi Keh Sakta hai ke Imam Ibn Mubarak r.a se Tauseeq aur Riwayaat NaqaL karna PehLe ki Baat hogi Jabki Ibrahim Bin Shammas r.a Unke Akhiri Dino ki Baat NaqaL kar rahe hain,  Ispar Ham Kahenge ke Us Ibarat se Tark karne ki Baat Sabit nahi hoti … Rahi Baat ke Imam Ibn Hibban r.a ne Apni Kitab AL Majrooheen me Ibrahim Bin Shammas r.a se Tark Karne ka QauL NaqaL kara Hai…
